The 6" Magnesium coned midbass of the Targa Splitse is something realy special at this price range. It is extremely light and fast to produce tight midbass and a detailed midrange. They have been covered with a thin layer of soft rubber behind the cone to reduce cone ringing and breakup. The tweeters are silk and not too bright at this price range.
The New Street Series subs by Targa are one of the best value for money subs on the market. not only do these subs excel in the SPL arena, but it produces very tight and controled bass for SQ applications too.

The system will run active via the Targa 5ch active crossover. Each channel of the TG-485 4ch amplifier will deliver 85w rms to each speaker. These amps are very clean and have high quality binding terminals and RCA plugs to ensure a quality signal transfer.
The 2ch Targa TG-2150 amnplifier is bridged with the 12" Street series DVC sub to deliver 300w rms to the subwoofer. The 2ch Class A/B amplifier is prefered over a more powerfull digital monoblock for SQ.
